        ~ YES, I understand these requirements to qualify for NGP Discount Package:
        * Before 1st Event, submit online your Character Creation Form plus this RSVP form, at least 4 days prior to event (all submissions, especially if late- print out & bring with you)
        * Turn In At 1st Event all signed forms & NGP Fee at Check In: Bring signed forms (Release Form for all ages is downloadable. BSA Carbon Form can be picked up at Meetings or at Event Check In.  For youths under age 18, parental signatures are required on the carbon BSA form, on the Release Form, & on the downloadable BSA Form).
