The Story of Xue Solace
On the southern tip of the Brettnill peninsula, reaching into the Conclastion Sea, a band of Prama Khai gamble with their lives in an attempt to save the lands of their ancestors. Chaos magick storms roll overhead, and surges of pure mana evaporate the timeless forest. Time is running out.Led by Seybel Xueseyax, House of the Queen Nexus Dragon, adventurers band together to face surrounding perils. Elf turns upon Elf as a local tribe of Verdan Khai threaten the small solace. Terror spreads up and down the shores as coastal Kuranin Raiders pillage the faltering civilization. And mysterious beasts of raw energy are rumored to appear without warning, leaving no survivors.
The last surviving Beyseth, Nortithen ei Tekkuma, Keeper of the Gate, has kept her sacred duty for over one thousand cycles of undeath. It is said that the Iakrey left her post at the Nexus Gate and conjured a massive Void Rift. The intentions of the ancient Khai-turned-Vampyre are unknown. However, both the absence of the Gate Keeper, as well as the new influx of void mana, could spell doom for the already boiling Brettnill Forest.
There will be neither aid from the outside world nor from former allied nations of Vyrose. The Brettnill Republic has enacted a strict closed-borders policy, forbidding any outsiders from trading or entering Brettnill-controlled land or sea, including other Prama Khai who have left the vicinity of the Elemental Gates. This desperate act, which caused controversy across the known world, now suddenly seems to hold dire purpose. The Brettnill Navy, the strongest sea force upon Vyrose, patrols their motherland’s borders, shutting Brettnill off from the world.
