The Story of Urgostian Ruin

Forgive me friends, I hath more news of ill portent:

On the crest of Mount Bryan, adjoining the fortifications lies the infamous Voltvir Hold. Built in the Cycle 714 V. by the local Borgnath Warlord, Voltvir became a prison for the most abhorrent brigand enemies of the Shennite Empire. The Hold is said to have detained potent casters, political enemies of the Shenn Dynasty, and many shameful Kuranin secrets.

In the cycle 1000 V. Brendylian Drakons, led by the Ivory Ring, overthrew the wicked Shennite Empire. With the seizure of Urgos Duchy, Voltvir Hold became Avalonian property. They could not merely unleash the evils caged within. Execution of the worst convicts would have only set them free through earth circles across Vyrose. Our ancestors were left no choice but to take control of the prison and man it with Avalonian guards. Over time, House Urgosten tried the criminals in order to free anyone unjustly imprisoned. And for nearly two hundred cycles, Avalon has used Voltvir Hold to house Kuranin for severe war crimes, and Avalonians unfit for rehabilitation.

During the Tragic fall of Mount Bryan, the prisoners of Voltvir Hold caught word of the dire situation. They overthrew the guards, and took control of the prison. With no military to intervene, most of the captives escaped. Any who were fatefully trapped, became slaves to the Dominion when the War Machine Brood conquered the Mount Bryan Defenses.

Three of these fugitives attacked myne self, and others of Veil Thorn. Be weary of any who thou dost meet. These are a sly sort, capable of masterminding malevolence.

Voltvir ex-prisoners could also provide already evil bodies for Dominion symbiotic control or worse, Brood expiriments. I worry what consequences this may bring.
