Dragonlings of Vyrose

Relics, unearthed in excavations around the known world, paint a horrific picture of unthinkable creatures. Amongst the bones, evidence seemingly suggests that before Vyrosians ruled our lands, there was a timeless age of Giant and Dragon. Sifting through the ashes at the dig sites, Archaeologists weave a story of a great fire that swept all life aside scorching the Plane of Flesh. Deep within the ashes, few of these relics bear a resemblance to Dragonlings. Didst the Kiruge survive some tragedy of olde?

So few generations ago, we are forced to remember the Shennite Wars. This devastation too swept across the Plane of Flesh only this time bearing mortal fire. Burning books of vast knowledge, the Xur zeaolots wrought a Dark Age. The greatest crimes committed began whence several olden Races were targeted with an extinction agenda, and no longer exist today. Yet again, the Kiruge hath survived.

The fire of today is now within the very heart of the Kiruge. Rage hath become flesh, and vengeance a new lifesblood. Where nations struggle for dominance, the Dragonlings struggle to survive. The very blood that drives through their veins is a potent poison. As they grow older their skin takes on colored serpentine hues of greens and reds and hardens into armored horned scales. Kiruge that survive their perilous culture grow to appear less Vyrosian and more Dragonling.

Kiruge prefer armed combat and savor grisly weapons that canst sever limbs and heads. The bones and skulls are cleaned and hung from their belts as trophy proof for all to see that each individual Kiruge avenges their ancestors. The brave of the Kiruge seek out Nations who willst harbor them and earn keep as Archaeologists, Embalmers, Blood Hunters, Mercenaries, and front line Warriors.

Dragonlings possess furious willpower. Ever stubborn they always manage to defeat obstacles set before them. Who dareth refuse a Kiruge? Their strange tribal rituals obey an honest yet brute Moral Code. It is whispered about campfires that Kiruge never lie. Yet they hath no qualms about declaring one on one honor combat and beheading the looser. Death is but the next path one must walk. Death It is not for the youngbloods of the Dragonlings to mourn the dead, but instead to carry out the call for vengeance.
