City State Weekend Event

*This fee is optional. This Fee includes Fri Snack, Sat Brunch, Sat Dinner, Sun Breakfast. Each Meal maybe bought at a price of $4.00 at the event if you do not want to buy all 4 meals. Neos' Tavern Food Fee is waived.

**This fee is due every April. Neos' Registration Fee is waived.

City State Discounts

FREE EVENT ~ Bring a new player (PC) to any Avalon event & your PC event fee is free! They must list your name in the "Refered to Avalon" box on their release form. Total cost for 2 events = $40.00 (Neo) + $50.00 (Event Fee + Tavern Food) = $90.00. Discount = $50.00 (Veteren Fee). Price per Event + Tavern Food after Discount = $20.00.

$5-$20 OFF YOUR EVENT FEE ~ Contact your chapter's Game Staff and ask if there is anything you can bring or make for the upcoming event to see if you can get any discount off of your event fee!

NPC for a FREE EVENT ~ Come to your chapter as an NPC and your Event Fee is waived. All NPCs must be pre-approved by the Game Master of that Chapter. Only those who have played 3 or more events will be allowed to NPC.
